American Cemetery Consultants, LLC will offer financing with no credit checks and with as little as 5% down and up to 84 months to pay.
The following indicates what financial arrangements can be made and examples of financing available for the purchase of mausoleum spaces in the cemetery.
Minimum Down Payment: 5%
Current Interest Rates:
Monthly Statement - 5.9%
Bank Draft - 3.9%
No Interest - full payment or 25% down with remaining amount paid within 6 months.
Length of time of financing: up to 84 months (7 years)
Other Charges: Each contract, regardless of the number of crypts purchase will have a $45.00 administration fee.
The overall cost between the mausoleum and a ground lot with burial vault and memorialization is not that far apart.
One further advantage of mausoleum burial is that most cemeteries establish a Perpetual Care Fund and all monies earned by the initial deposit are used to maintain the structure. This is not so for ground burial, where any damage to the vault, tomb or memorial stone are the responsibility of the owner.
